This set took us about 3 weeks to build because we kept ordering parts and adding to it. The RC Elevator goes down 8 stories. The RC Monorail Freighter can dump in 2 areas which will automatically sort the balls. The RC Tower Crane has 2 areas to pick up and 2 areas to dump. The monorail can pick up balls from a bin on the other side of the track behind the elevator, this allows trucks to dump balls there for the monorail to pick up. The building is 3 stories high and there is a ball dump from the rail tower in the 2nd story. Also there is a Down-A-Vator from the 2nd story to the first. And a garage the will lift the cars on the 3rd story.

As an added touch we decided to hang a konex rocket we built and make it go up and down using fishing wire, we can also drop balls from it onto the monorail. As an additional feature I stored my pedal kart underneath the table, sort of like my own rokenbok garage.

Rokenbok is a great toy and its flexability as you can see from the pictures is wonderful. Me and my family are looking forward to our next design. Who knows, next time we may make a design that will allow me to park my pedal kart in the rokenbok city and have all the Rokenbok RC going around me. Thank you for giving me and my family so many hours of fun together.

Going Up

There are 8 ramps which can be driven up to the 4th floor, however to get to the 5th floor, you must take the RC Elevator. The RC Monorail even steps up a level when it comes out of the two story monorail/vehicle garage. The vehicles are serviced on the lower level and the RC Monorail is serviced on the upper level. The balls go up three conveyors and are sorted by the water tower, some go up one more level by means of the fourth conveyor, those then go through the Action Sorter and can be sent back to sorting bins, the quarry or back to the bottom conveyor for another ride to the top again.

Building up in layers made it hard to see what was still on the bottom. So, we made plexi-glass platforms. You may notice the RC Skip Track is sitting on top of plexi-glass and the RC Loader is on the bottom under another piece of plexi-glass. Rokenbok provides endless hours of family fun.
