Can I exchange an item for something else?

Regrettably we do not offer product exchanges. Returns are refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Why isn’t my promotion code working?

Our promotion codes are case sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as it appears on our site or in the email offer you received. Codes are typically in all capital letters and there are usually no spaces between letters and numbers. If the code is entered correctly but still not working, please verify it is not expired, and the items you are attempting to order are eligible for the specific promotion.

Can I cancel the order I recently submitted?

No. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately entered into our shipping database to be picked. Most orders are shipped the next business day they are received. If you need to make adjustments to your order please send an email to customerservice@rokenbok.com
