ROK Star Controller

The new Rokstar controllers are an easy choice. We are experienced Rokenbokers and the Rokstar system is fantastic. From the infrared synch button to the additional sounds such as the siren and horn these are hard to get out of the boys hands. Both boys had the Rokstar controller figured out in 5 minutes and as always the quality is outstanding.

We just converted our line over to the ROk Star system and love not having the cords all over the place. It makes it much easier for little ones to control and less cluttered in my house which is always a plus. My only complaint is that it is easy for the controller to lose connection with the machines if there is anything inbetween you and the machine. For example we set up a rokenbok monorail track around our chirstmas tree and it will get to the back and lose signal so we have to lean around to get it to pick back up to make it all the way around the tree. Its not a big deal when an adult is driving but when the little ones are driving they get upset and think its broken because its not going anymore. All in all its still awesome though

I have converted my fleet to rok star, and I LOVE Rok star. I was having so much fun controlling the vehicles from across the room and controlling the monorail, forklift, loader, sweeper, and dump truck al at the same time. I also love the cruise control feature. I would reccomend ROK star to any Rokenboker, new or old.

I've been a long time fan of the RC controlled products and was skeptical at first about trying the new ROK Star product line. I would have never imagined the new infrared technology to work this well! After using the new controller with the new street sweeper and loader designs, I almost want to convert my entire collection over to the new technology. Rokenbok products are extremely well engineered and designed to last a long time. The ROK star controller may just seem so simple, yet a ton of engineering and thought must have gone into the actual design. On the back, there are subtle indents right where your forefingers or middle fingers comfortably rest, making the product feel very natural to hold. The buttons are ergonomically placed as well, making them very easy to activate, even for smaller hands. Overall, the enhancements on the new ROK star products make these worth the upgrade or additional investment. New features such as the back-up beeper, horn and alarms really add additional fun. I was also able to control most vehicles well over 10 feet away, and select them just as easily, which really surprised me. Rokenbok products are one of those toys that gets better all the time, just when you think there's no way to even make them better!

I have been Rokenboking for almost ten years now, and I have to say, there have been three major Rokenbok changes: The invention of the monorail, the inventors series, and now, the rok star controller! This is limitless, and I can drive vehicles all around my basement without worrying about range. I love this. This truly is the greatest improvement Rokenbok has made since they invented the monorail. I would recomend this to any Rokenboker, new or old to Rokenbok. I just wish Rokenbok could make more vehicles come out with Rok star sooner... They did make the right choice of the first 6 vehicles to bring into rok star. Rok star is a whole new era of Rokenbok.

The only semi-problem I found was that behind walls when I controlled 2 vehicles at the same time, I found it to be harder to switch back to one, and it took some effort to point the laser beam at only one vehicle.

Besides that, Rok star is perfect.
