We often run promotions for free ground shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount. In order to be eligible for free shipping, the merchandise total must often be above a certain dollar amount. For example, if the offer states “Free shipping on orders over $99.00,” the merchandise total must be over $99.00 after any promotion codes or discounts are applied. Sales tax and shipping and handling charges are not part of the merchandise total.Free shipping is limited to the Continental US.

Regrettably we do not offer product exchanges. Returns are refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.
